This notice covers music.signalrecords.co.uk, the Signal Records label site. It is run by SIGNAL RECORDS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17382184), registered office 7 Pasture Lane, Clayton, Bradford, England, BD14 6JR. Contact: [email protected].

Our software, shop and accounts are covered by the main Signal Records Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Very little. This site has no forms, no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits and page-loading performance without cookies, doesn't keep your IP address and doesn't track you across websites. You can switch it off, free, through Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses, up to 7 days) to run and protect the site.

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and keep them for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

Embedded players and images

Some pages embed Spotify players and show images hosted by Unsplash. When those load, your browser connects to those companies, which receive your IP address, and the Spotify player may set its own cookies. They act under their own privacy policies: Spotify, Unsplash.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected] or writing to our registered office; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
